Supermicro's SC835 is a high-end 3U server chassis equipped with 8 hot-swappable 3.5" SAS/SATA hard drive bays. With 100% cooling redundancy and an 800W or 920W (94%+) high-efficiency redundant power supply, the SC835 is optimized for Supermicro's Intel® Xeon® (5500 series) and AMD Opteron™ system motherboards. The SC835 flexibly supports standard ATX, extended ATX and Supermicro's proprietary 18-DIMM motherboards. This chassis is excellent for general purpose servers.
